Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collecting, reviewing, and matching packing slips.
Receiving purchase orders in Service Titan.
Coordinating with purchasers and vendors to solve issues.
Maintaining inventory module in Service Titan.
Generating weekly purchasing and receiving reports.
Assisting in reconciliation of vendor statements.
Maintaining paper and digital file system.
Special Projects/other duties as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
Billing and Collection experience is a must.
MS Office 365 experience.
Service Titan experience a plus.
Excellent Organizational Skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Reliable.
