Responsibilities include but not limited to:*
* Review job tickets/invoices in service system for accuracy and accounting standards.
* Email and mail invoices to customers.
* Collections
* Research and resolution of customer inquiries.
* Assist in maintaining customer profiles.
* Weekly reporting (collection logs and AR reports)
* Special projects as necessary
*Qualifications/Skills:*
* Billing and Collection experience is a must.
* MS Office 365 experience
* Service Titan experience a plus.
* Excellent Organizational Skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail.
* Reliable
