We are looking for an independent Office Manager to organize and coordinate all financial duties and HR responsibilities.
This position requires an exceptional level of organizational effectiveness, good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Previous bookkeeping experience is a requirement.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks are a requirement.
Position is onsite.
Responsibilities:
Point person for all financial matters, invoicing and processing payments with Quickbooks, bill paying and account reconciliation, monthly payroll, maintaining up to date financial data entry, creating employee contracts and tuition agreements, maintaining up to date employee files, help create annual budgets and fiscal planning, assisting with hiring and HR matters, and mainataining up to date employee files.

Pay: $42,000.
