Work assignments will vary according to site responsibilities, outages in service, experience, and ability.

Responsibilities: * Receive and understand instructions for cleaning requirements of all assigned areas instructions on schedule and timeframes for cleaning areas and buildings.
* Carries out responsibilities during regular business hours, interacting directly with building occupants/clients * Addresses immediate cleaning needs as reported by management and/or clients directly * Prioritizes excellent customer service and immediate responsiveness when dealing with client requests * Depending on the assignment, perform daily, weekly, or periodic cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: * Tends to restrooms, including sinks, toilets, partitions, and urinals.
Sanitizes counters and sinks; Checks and replenishes paper and feminine hygiene products, soap, and lotion dispensers ensuring restrooms are cleaned, stocked and well maintained throughout the day.
* Cleans (vacuums, dusts, mops, sanitizes, etc.
) all assigned areas to customer AND Company standards by following protocols sanitizes phones, vacuums carpets, and sweeps and mops tile floors * * Empties trashcans/trash receptacles promptly, replace liners, and wipes trashcans as required.

* Spot cleans all interior glass and doors * Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
* Respond promptly to client requests and address any cleaning-related emergencies.
* Use various cleaning equipment, materials, and products, such as vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, cleaning solutions, etc.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with building occupants and clients.
* Follow all _*OSHA AND CLARK PROFESSIONAL CLEANING*_ safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals following industry standards.
* Retain awareness of where all product SDSs are located.
* Wears personal protective equipment as required.
* Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
*Qualifications:* * *1-year previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is required.
* * *1-year previous experience in customer service is required.
* * *Must have valid driver's license* * *Must have reliable transportation (Personal vehicle)* * *Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and work at an efficient pace.
* * *Excellent communication and customer service skills in person, on the phone and by email* * *Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks while still being RELIABLE.
* * *Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
* * *Must care about quality.
* * *Able to lift 50 pounds.
* * *Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
