Wholesale Flower Market is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support our growing family-owned wholesale florist in an on-site, part-time position.
This position is in a bright, open, and sunlit office space and offers a flexible schedule, ideal for a working parent (approximately 24-32 hours a week, depending on workload).
Our ideal candidate has a friendly and professional personality, pays attention to detail, and can learn quickly.

* AP/AR
* Inventory maintenance
* Deposits (bank)
* Sales and Use tax
* Reconciliations of: checking accounts, vendor statements, customer accounts, etc
* General office support

As the name suggests, WFM’s roots are in wholesale distribution of high quality bulk cut flowers and hard goods to Hampton Roads’ florists and event professionals, however their selection is open to retail customers as well—allowing the Hampton Roads community access to the same high quality cut flowers and hard goods as the pros.
We’re proud to service both retail and wholesale customers out of our Chesapeake, VA store conveniently located in the heart of Greenbrier right off I-64 .
