*Responsibilities include but not limited to:*
* Collecting, reviewing, and matching packing slips.
* Receiving purchase orders in Service Titan.
* Coordinating with purchasers and vendors to solve issues.
* Maintaining inventory module in Service Titan.
* Generating weekly purchasing and receiving reports.
* Assisting in reconciliation of vendor statements.
* Maintaining paper and digital file system.
* Special Projects/other duties as needed.
*Qualifications/Skills:*
* Billing and Collection experience is a must.
* MS Office 365 experience.
* Service Titan experience a plus.
* Excellent Organizational Skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Attention to detail.
* Reliable.
